Important policies
Sharafiya currently ships within the Philippines and selected international cities. All orders require 2–5 weeks of processing before shipment as each piece is prepared with care. Orders placed between January 15 and January 23 are guaranteed to be shipped before the Eid holiday. Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on location and courier. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Please ensure all shipping details are correct, as Sharafiya is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Sharafiya does not accept returns. However, size exchanges may be accommodated, subject to availability. Requests for size exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving the order, and items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
Refunds are not offered during pre-orders. All sales are considered final once an order has been confirmed and processed. This applies especially to pre-order items, which are produced based on confirmed orders.
Sharafiya operates on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your piece in advance. Full payment is required to confirm your order, and cancellations or changes are not accepted once the pre-order period has ended. Processing timelines are stated clearly to ensure transparency.
