01. The order

How do I place an order?
Simply add your selected items to cart and proceed to checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Are your items pre-order?
Yes, most Sharafiya pieces are offered on a pre-order basis. Processing times are stated clearly on each product page.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or changes are not accepted—especially for pre-order items.

02. Shipment

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the Philippines and to selected international destinations.

How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 2–5 weeks before shipment. Delivery time varies depending on location and courier.

Are orders placed between January 15–23 shipped before Eid?
Yes. All orders placed within this period are guaranteed to ship before the Eid holiday.

Do you provide tracking?
Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched, when available.

Are shipping fees refundable?
No. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can non-Muslims wear Sharafiya abayas?
Absolutely. Sharafiya is for anyone who appreciates modesty, elegance, and thoughtful design.

Is Sharafiya a Filipino brand?
Yes. Sharafiya Official PH is a modern online abaya brand based in the Philippines.

Do you have a physical store?
No, Sharafiya is currently an online-only brand.

How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes a size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Are the product photos accurate?
We do our best to display colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints

Do you accept returns?
We currently do not accept returns. However, size exchanges may be accommodated, subject to availability.

How do I request a size exchange?
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at salam@sharafiyaofficial.com with your order number.

Which items are non-returnable?
Pre-order items, sale or discounted items, and accessories (clips, charms, oud). These items are final sale.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assess and assist you.

How do I raise a concern or complaint?
You may email us at salam@sharafiyaofficial.com. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
